Stay Home

Imagine, it's spring 2020 in America which can only mean one thing, a virus called COVID-19 is wreaking havoc on the world you find yourself in quarantine. You've been ordered to stay home to assist in stopping the spread of the deadly disease. You're doing your part and good on you for doing so. With the internet, puzzles, and a stack of books you've been meaning to read, you're able to keep busy while the health care workers of the world take on the brunt of the pandemic. You wonder if life will ever go back to normal or if we will just manufacture bigger and bigger screens so we can have larger and larger zoom meetings. For a moment though, as the sun rises, while you gaze across a small patch of frostbitten grass from a cool April morning holding your morning coffee, it feels peaceful. My band, Public Access recorded a new song in quarantine, take a listen.
